Product Warranty
SS-MACHINES Warranties each machine against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, and agrees to repair or

replace any defective part without charge.
Important : This warranty does not cover in case of improper use, incorrect handling, insufficient maintenance, acts of third parties, unauthorized service

or modifications of the machine, damage resulting from accident, abuse, lack of reasonable care, normal wear, the addition of any other equipment not

provided with product.
The warranty solely covers the replacement free of charge of those parts which are found defective. All cost of shipping, transportation and installation of

parts are the responsibility of the customer
Replacement of guaranteed parts under this warranty shall in no case extend the term of the warranty itself which is one (1) year as expressed above.
SS-Machines and its associates and/or affiliates are not responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages and/or losses either financial or

otherwise resulting from non operation of equipment whether due to sole, joint, or several negligence of International Block Machine or its agents, servants,

employees, suppliers or sub contractors, breach of contract, expressed or implied, breach of warranty, expressed or implied, product or strict liability, and

or any claim for contribution or indemnification whether in contract, tort, or equity.
